Common Questions

Before You Send a Message

Many readers ask the same questions. Here are quick answers — saving you (and us) time.

Can you help me create or recover my SSO ID?
No, we cannot create or recover SSO IDs on your behalf — we are an independent guide, not the government. Follow our SSO ID Recovery Guide for step-by-step instructions, or contact the official helpdesk at 0141-5153222.
I tried calling 0141-5153222 but no one answered.
The official helpdesk operates Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST. Try calling within those hours, and if the line is busy, email helpdesk.sso@rajasthan.gov.in or visit your nearest E-Mitra centre.
How do I report incorrect information in a guide?
Use the form above and select "Content correction" as the topic. Please include the page URL (or guide title) and the specific paragraph or step that needs fixing. We review correction requests promptly.
Will you publish my SSO question on the site?
No personal queries are published. We may, with permission and full anonymity, use the type of question you raised to inform a future general guide — but never your name or specific details.
Can I write a guest post or partner with you?
We do consider partnerships with experts in Rajasthan e-governance. Use the form, choose "Partnership / press inquiry", and tell us about your background and what you'd like to contribute.
My message about a previous email hasn't been answered.
Sorry about that — first, please check your spam folder for our reply. If still nothing after 48 hours, send a follow-up with "FOLLOW-UP:" at the start of the subject line and we'll prioritise it.
The "Send Message" button doesn't open my email app. What now?
Some browsers block mailto: links by default, especially if no email client is installed. Just email us directly at contact@ssoidrajasthan.app from any email account — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo all work fine.
